Required Qualifications:

If you are a newly licensed agent (who has not yet made a sale), we’d like you to work with actionagents.net, provided that you have:

A home office computer with internet connection.

A home office copier/fax machine.

A 35 mm digital camera.

And….

Six months family living expenses available through savings or spousal income.


Commission Split:

A common gross commission coming to the office for working one side of a sale

at the median sale price (roughly $225,000) would be about $6750.


With actionagents.net you will receive the following percentages

of the gross commissions you bring to the company:


50% of the first $7,000

60% of the next $7,000

67.5% of the next $7,000

75% of the next $7,000

80% of the next $7,000

85% thereafter.

You will be required to:

Comply with the highest ethical standards.

Provide excellent client and customer service.

Follow all federal, state and local laws regarding discrimination.

Conduct your personal financial dealings in an honest and timely manner.

Pay your own quarterly RMLS and annual REALTOR dues.

Keep your well maintained vehicle insured at all times.

Obey the home occupation rules of your local city or county zoning ordinance.

Meet your clients in their own homes or in public places. (If you have an office that is a suitable for meeting with the public, we will register that location with the state Real Estate Agency as a branch office as required by law. You will need a sign at your entrance.)


Join the Million Dollar Club of Lane County, if eligible.


Enroll in at least one of the three courses leading to the Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI) designation each year until the designation has been completed. (GRI courses 100, 200 and 300 are offered by the Oregon Association of REALTORS in April and November of each year. Locations rotate between Portland and Bend. The entire designation can be obtained in one 13 month period.)


Obtain at least one other NAR sponsored professional designation of your choice every two years. for the following six years. Of course, you may choose to earn them much faster. These include: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), E-pro (internet marketing), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), etc.
