Join
the Million Dollar
Club of Lane County, if eligible.
Enroll
in at least one
of the three courses leading to the Graduate, REALTORS Institute
(GRI) designation each year until the designation
has been
completed. (GRI courses 100, 200 and 300 are offered by the Oregon
Association of REALTORS in April and November of each year. Locations
rotate between Portland and Bend. The entire designation
can be obtained in one 13 month period.)
Obtain
at least one other
NAR sponsored professional designation of your choice every two
years. for the following six years. Of course, you may choose to
earn them much faster. These include: ABR (Accredited Buyer
Representative), E-pro (internet marketing), SRES (Senior Residential
Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist),
etc.
